Job Description:

As Events Executive at Tes, you will work as part of the global events team with a primary focus on Tes-run recruitment fairs, webinars, and marketing events that Tes exhibits at and sponsors. This will involve working with the events team based in London and globally, as well as other key stakeholders in the business. Familiarity with virtual events and virtual event platforms is an asset, as there may be virtual/hybrid event requirements, as we still haven’t fully transitioned from virtual events to in-person events post Covid.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all event logistics – signage, marketing collateral, catering, etc.
• Take ownership of planning and delivery of Tes-run recruitment fairs (approx. 3 annually).
• Manage internal stakeholders of the fairs to ensure all objectives are being met.
• Project manage marketing presence at exhibitions and conferences that Tes exhibits at and sponsors. This includes working with Product Marketing to ensure that up-to-date collateral and branding is being used at events to ensure consistency around events globally.
• Venue selection, supplier management, and contract negotiation for recruitment fairs to ensure that events are within assigned budget.
• Overseeing project plans to outline duties and deadlines to all internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Background in the events industry, preferably working on exhibitions, recruitment fairs and/or conferences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using virtual event and webinar platforms.
• Competent and effective at using event platforms and willingness to learn new programs.
