Position Title:Staffing Officer

Job Description:

We`re looking for a proactive individual to come and join our busy and exciting Staffing Team based at Anfield Stadium. Working in this role you will ensure the seamless running of Match Day and Non-Match Day through maintaining the continuous supply of staff and information to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and provide variable workers for all Matchday and Non-Matchday staffing requirements.
  • Complete Matchday payroll tasks, manage the variable payroll budget and resolve any payroll related queries.
    Administer and manage employee details and biometric data (including fingerprints) in-line with GDPR.
  • Assist with the recruitment of the variable workforce.
  • Manage the event day planner and ensure that Matchday paperwork is produced ready for the day of the event and distributed, as necessary.
  • Support with the check in and check out process on Matchday. This includes issuing accreditation and ensuring colleagues are directed to the correct location.
  • Input the relevant data into the AESOP system including staff details and training records.
  • Administrative duties such as communicating training, recording attendance and the creation of ID badges

Requirements:

  • PC Competent, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures relevant to the department.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
