Position Title: Security Administrator

Job Description:

The Crime Prevention & Security Administrator role will support the team through the delivery of the administration to the Crime and Security Team. Using key administration skills you will support with Crime data entry, coordination of 3rd Party Security providers and processing of CCTV GDPR Data Subject Access Requests.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Crime Prevention and Security Manager and Head of Crime and Security with general administration tasks and oversee diary management for the team.
  • Triage any incoming team enquiries and support by responding to basic enquires
  • Support with team communications both internal, across the wider EMR business and with 3rd party stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for CCTV related matters, coordinating and recording any request to download CCTV footage where it is proportionate, legal and reasonable to do so.
  • Maintain Crime and Security registers and databases.
  • Support with co-ordination and administration of EMR’s 3rd Party Security providers
  • Coordinating crime and security awareness events.
  • Support with compliance checks and audits in relation to Crime and Security
  • Support EMR in the delivery of crime reduction initiatives and achieving any KPI’s set for crime and disorder.
  • Input, collect, and compile data related to crime and security and ensure the data is presented in an appropriate format

Reqirements:

  • Ability to be organised and pro-active
  • Experience of handling data subject access requests desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR) legislation desirableAdministration experience
  • Audit experience is desired but not essential
