Position Title:Head of Channel Partners

Job Description:

This is a significant individual contributor role within the UK sales organisation, as such you will also be expected to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets set by the business. You will build and maintain the highest level of product knowledge across the entire Tes software product portfolio and be able to demonstrate these products at a high level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update and maintain the CRM at all times.
  • Accurate opportunity, account plan, team and product forecasting.
  • Build & maintain an expert level of product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other Sales & Marketing leaders to develop compelling propositions that can be used to drive retention, upsell, and cross sell and to define strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, coach and manage the Account Management sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets and other critical success metrics.

  • Evidence of extensive success within a software sales environment.
  • Creates a customer first culture that inspires everyone to go the extra mile.
  • Take ownership for the whole customer experience to demonstrate value to the business. You will also role-model effective product demonstrations with customers that meet their expressed and/or real requirements.
